This was a fairly long, wet, boggy and weather-changing hike from Chorley in Lancashire, to Bolton. (I didn’t take any photos of Chorley.) I did it on the 27th of November, 2023. The hike was over the wild and expansive Lancashire moors, including the impressive Winter Hill transmitting station.
